The PAIR test measures 20 Personality Traits. Unlike other tests, when you complete the PAIR your results can be displayed in connection with another’s results.

Personal Strengths

Learn more about you and your strengths through the PAIR’s 20 different personality measures. Learn how your styles compare with others, the way you perceive and interact with the world, how it effects relationships in your life.

Team Building

Build a compatible and effective team or group, and avoid personality conflicts before they start.

PAIR stands for “Psychological Audit for Industrial Relations” when used in corporate settings.

Love and Relationships

Learn why you and a loved one interact the ways you do. Find out how to capitalize on your strengths, and negotiate natural conflict areas. PAIR stands for "Psychological Audit for Interpersonal Relationships."

It’s All About You, and the Way You Do Relationships

Do opposites attract? Sometimes they do, and sometimes they do not . Someone who loves to take the lead might get along very well with someone who likes to “go with the flow," and sometimes those leads may be short lived. However, someone who prefers order and routine might not get along with someone who prefers change and variety.

The PAIR test has been a trusted personality inventory since 1963. It helps our clients learn more about themselves, how their personal styles effect relationships with those closest to them; whether their relationships are familial, romantic, or work related (or all three).

The Myers Briggs, and similar Jungian-style tests found online, are simple and fun tests to explore. One might take the Myers Briggs using the four personality measures, and learn that he/she has a personality similar to Thomas Edison or Nicola Tesla. The PAIR provides more in depth results, measure 20 personality traits. If Edison and Tesla took the PAIR, in addition to learning their personalities, they would also have learned areas of potential conflict and misunderstanding, and they might have been able to use that knowledge to protect their working relationship from its historic demise.
